Carrie Ann Palmer, 36 of Rapid City, South Dakota, formally of Dyersburg, Tennessee, died on Saturday, October 6, 2012, at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, South Dakota. Born Tuesday, June 22, 1976 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Carrie was a homemaker. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 11, 2012 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Bro. Carl Mills. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dyersburg, Tennessee. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Carrie is survived by her Fiancée,Philip Wanner of Rapid City, South Dakota; her mother, Judith Palmer of Newbern, Tennessee; two brothers, Trice Palmer & Wife Johnette and Joe Palmer & Wife Dana both of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her grandfather, Ralph Palmer of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two nieces Shelby Lynn Palmer and Charlie Kate Palmer both of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her fiancée's parents, Jerome and Doreen Sayler and Kenneth Wanner all of Wishek, North Dakota, her fiancée's sisters, Jessica Wanner of Manvel, North Dakota, Beth Wanner of Rapid City, South Dakota, her fiancée's brother, Daniel Wanner and his wife Katie of Devils Lake, North Dakota, her fiancée's grandparents, Larry and Shirley Raile of Piedmont, South Dakota and Mary Gluesing of Bismarck, North Dakota. Carrie was preceded in death by her father, Charlie R. Palmer. Pallbearers will be Trice Palmer, Joe Palmer, Jon Whitley, John Schuchhardt, Josh Pope and Scotty Elgin.
