I wish peace and serenity to all who loved Casey especially his family at this trying time. I have known Casey since he was just a young boy growing up at the apartments and he was always so sweet and such a fine young man. Casey was so cute that Everytime my son and the rest of Casey's friends went out with him they wondered why Casey always had the hot girls chasing him, I used to tease him and say he wore pheromones. He was a delight to be around and will be greatly MISSED by all that knew him. May we all find some serenity in knowing that God will keep Casey safe in his loving arms until we all meet again!

My condolences to the entire Blackburn family. I had the pleasure of meeting Casey in Lancaster in November of 2016. He was a very loving and fun person to be around. God bless his soul
