1929 – 2016
Phil passed away peacefully on March 21, 2016, at St. Paul's Hospital, Saskatoon, at the age of 87, with family at his side. Arrangements for a Celebration of Life are pending and will be announced in an edition of this newspaper around mid-April. Arrangements entrusted to Wally Markewich.
