Cassie Burge Obituary
Cassie was born November 4, 1958 to the late Juanita and Julian B. Sigmon, Jr.
She is lovingly remembered by her children: Miranda (Nick) McCarty, Michael Wooten, and Kayla (Mike) Evans; grandchildren: Braxton and Brailynn McCarty and Ciara Riner; siblings: Paul (Ellena) Sigmon, Brenda Frederickson, Greg (Nancy) Sigmon, Glen "Doc" (Beckee) Sigmon, Chris Sigmon (Teri), Kim Daniels, Gary Sigmon, and Tena Sigmon (Brian); Shawn Roberts, her partner of 13 years; 9 nieces and nephews; a host of other family and friends; and her dog, Luna.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Dennis Frederickson.
A loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Cassie will be missed beyond measure. She had a beautiful smile, an infectious laugh, and a heart of gold.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life at the Wharton Community Center on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 4p - 6p.
