Catherine L. "Babe" Harris, 90, went to her heavenly home Friday, December 18, 2015 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville. She was born August 12, 1925 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Walter Franklin Edwards and Elsie Mae Fischbach Edwards. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Harris. She loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her four children, Robert E. "Bob" Harris, Jr. (Kathleen), Lahna Harris Barnes, Ronald Dean "Ron" Harris, and Rhonda R. Harris; ten grandchildren, Rhonda Leigh Harris, Steve Harris (Lori), Michael Barnes, Chanda A. Gault (Patrick), Matthew Harris (Jamie), John Robert Harris (Adrea), Dean Harris, Brett Harris, Cailley Harris, and Amelia Harris; and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday and after 11:00 am Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Wednesday in ¬the funeral home chapel with entombment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
