Catherine Ann Hulse (69) of Carrollton, Texas passed away after a brief illness on January 1st, 2025. She was born on August 20, 1955 in Bryan, Texas to Patrick and Patricia Fairchild.

She graduated from Caribbean High School in Ponce, Puerto Rico and the University of Central Oklahoma in Accounting. She obtained her CPA and worked as Manager and Controller for many global companies in Houston and Dallas including Nortel, Siemens, L3 Technologies and Robert Half. She retired in 2024 due to health issues.

She married William (Bill) Hulse Jr. and they made their home in Carrollton. She and Bill were avid sports fans including watching the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Aggies. They also enjoyed attending concerts and taking camping trips with their children and grandchildren. Catherine was very generous in donating to many fundraisers for schools and other charities.

She was pre-deceased by her parents, Patrick and Patricia Fairchild and her father-in-law, William Hulse, Sr.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Hulse, Jr., her stepchildren Nicole Purl (Rex) and Joshua Hulse (Kristen), and her grandchildren Kylie, Connor, Jordan, Roselyn and Nick. She is also survived by her brothers Patrick (Larry) Fairchild, Jr. (Julie) and Richard Fairchild (Julie), her sisters Nancy Fairchild and Sandra MacLean (Scott), her mother-in-law Rose Hulse and her sister-in-law Cathy Middleton (Steve) and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1705 E. Peters Colony Rd, Carrollton on Monday, February 17th at 10:30 a.m.
