Cathy Farrell

After a courageous thirteen-year battle against cancer, Cathy "Cathleen" Gail Caudle Farrell passed away surrounded by loved ones on June 19, 2023. She now watches over her husband (Bob), three daughters (Carey, Katie, and Courtney), five granddaughters (Kylah, Aspen, Zoey, Langston, and Charlotte), one grandson (Conway) due this August, two sisters (Cheri and Christa), and mother (Carol). Her family will hold a private service to honor and celebrate her life.

Cathy was born and raised in Anaheim, California, where she attended Valencia High School and met her future husband, Bob Farrell. They met in the summer of 1974 and it was love at first sight. This July marked their 46th wedding anniversary.

Cathy led a vibrant and adventurous life, full of laughter, love, and fun. She was a nurturing mother and doting grandmother. Cathy pursued travel at every opportunity; as a flight attendant, she traveled around the world for both work and leisure. She enjoyed countless brunches in Paris, kissed the Blarney Stone in Cork, and explored Australia on a sky gondola. But her favorite spot was on the beachy sands of Cabo San Lucas.

Cathy loved life at every moment and always counted her blessings. She became a longtime supporter of St. Jude's Hospital after her first cancer diagnosis. Her family encourages loved ones to make a donation to St. Jude's Hospital in her honor.
