She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert M. Cooke Jr. and Marie Straukamp Cooke, as well as her beloved husband, Thomas J. Wrasman. Cathy is survived by her brother, William Jeffrey Cooke; her sisters, Ann C. Dorsey and Patricia C. Cummer; her nephew, William C. McLean; and her nieces, Marie L. McLean and Elaina L. Cummer.
