Too much of a coincidence that a name like "Cecil Stroud" could be any other than the one I recall. He being the son by first marriage of Lady I knew by name of her 2d husband--Les Wolman. Theotus & Les, I recall were close friends of my grandmother, Charmion Hines & came to visit many times when we lived on 3188 Westover Dr. S.E. D.C. Just how/when my grandmother and the Wolman's knew or met I never knew but they were close friends and at one time lived together.
