Cecile Grisez Obituary
Cecile Louise Grisez, born in Tulsa, OK, on April 23, 1947, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2007, after battling cancer for several years. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22, at the Cumberland County Elks Lodge.
"Cece" spent her early years being a tomboy in El Cajon, CA. In her teens, she relocated with her family to Michigan where she excelled in sports and eventually raised her family. In 2002, she retired to Crossville, TN, with her husband Bud and beloved dog, Scroffy, where she enjoyed walking, sewing, bird watching, scrapbooking for her grandchildren, spending time at the Elks Lodge and cavorting with the Tansi Tarts Red Hat Club.
Cece will be missed dearly by all who knew her for she was an energetic, always giving, fiercely loving friend, sister, mother, grandmother and spouse.
She is survived by her husband, Willis "Bud" Fusaro; her children, Renae Hull and Mark Petty; grandchildren, Madelynn and Chase Hull and Parker Petty; sisters, Lynn White, Carol Thomas, Kathleen Grisez and Ruth Kirkendall; brothers, Rocky Grisez, Mark Grisez and David Grisez; son-in-law, Don Hull; and daughter-in-law, Kimberly Petty.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

I WAS VERY SAD TO READ ABOUT THE PASSING OF CECE. SHE HAD SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SOUL AND WILL GREATLY BE MISSED. I FIRST MEET HER AT CRACKER BARREL WHERE SHE WAS SUCH A DELIGHT TO SPEAK WITH AND HELPFUL, THEN HAD THE HONOR OF BEING ONE OF HER NURSES WHEN SHE HAD TO BE IN THE HOSPITAL. TO THE FAMILY YOU ARE IN MY PRAYERS ESPICIALLY HER BEAUTIFUL GRANDDAUGHTER MADELYNN WHICH SHE WAS VERY PROUD OF.
