Aunt Celie, you were the most thoughtful, humorous, caring and giving person that a nephew could ever hope to have in his life. I hope all who knew you will imitate your countless acts of selfless love.
All my love. Your nephew Chris.

Mrs. E, as my siblings and I called her, lived next door to us as we grew up in Bowie, MD. She was like a grandmother to us, and that is how we think of her. She never missed a birthday, Christmas, First Communion, Graduation, or wedding. She brought so much love and laughter to our lives. She and our grandmother have become good friends, and loved to visit. Mrs. E and Charlie will always hold a very special place in our hearts. I know the Lord received her with open arms. and that she is at peace.

My family and I will miss you very much. I know you are happy to be reunited with the rest of the family. I have always wanted to tell you that no one could cook a leg of lamb the way you did. I'm also very sorry that I never said thank you to you for the way you eased grandma's passing. I wish I had, your strength helped me. I hope you, grandma and every one else are all enjoying a giant crab feast and getting caught up! God Bless You Aunt Celie you are always in our hearts.
