My Aunt Ceda (Acorsia) was an amazing woman. Not only did she manage her home like an expert, she could bake like the best of the best, a pro.
Aunt Ceda would invite us over to sample her creations. Week after week, we would eat in her immaculate, tiny kitchen. So cute, so comfortable.
We never knew what she would bake.
She was a light in our lives and in the lives of everyone who met her.
Ten birthday's ago, THE CLUB GIRLS, were in attendance for the event. No matter what was going on, the girls were always there for each other. Rose C., Ceda's closest sister, friends, Mary P., Lynne D., Nancy L., and Gloria K., celebrated Aunt Ceda's birthday at the nursing home. It was a picture perfect moment.
Of course favorite niece, Rosanne made it all come together.
Aunt Ceda was surprised, happy and cried, to see her best of the best celebrate with her.
It's a day I will never forget.
Heaven was waiting for you Aunt C.....I love you.
I will never forget Aunt Ceda's beautiful face, her friendly smile and the love she has always shown to me, my husband and my children.
The world was a better place. God Bless all of us who have lost Ceda Foresto. God threw away the mold when he made her.
