Cedric was born on November 19, 1934 and passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016. Cedric was a resident of Bakerton, West Virginia at the time of his passing. Cedric was a graduate of Harpers Ferry High School class of 1952 Shepherd College class of 1969 and West Virginia University class of 1972 with a Masters Degree in Education. He was married to Barbara. Services will be held at 2:30 pm on Sunday April 3 2016 at the Bakerton Bible Church 662 Carter Avenue Bakerton WV with Pastor Mark Henson officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bakerton Bible Church P.O. Box 67 Bakerton WV 25410 or to the Bakerton Volunteer Fire Department.

I am sorry to hear of Cedric's passing. He was the principal at Shipley Elementary while I taught there. He was always kind to me and my family. He was always willing to help me if I had a concern. Unfortunately, I haven't seen him for many years. I know that he has touched many people's lives both in his educational and religious capacity. I will keep him and your family in my prayers.

To all of the Sullivan family; I send my deepest sympathy and prayers to all of you. Cedric was a 1 in a million kind of man. Such a wonderful, intelligent soul. He treated everyone he met like family. He will be greatly missed. Love from Pamela, Daniel, Jeremy, Sarah & Cathlynn.
