So many years have come and gone since our days on Nick Springs Road. We would need a book to write about all of our adventures. Having the Rhodes family for neighbors was a great thing. We had instant ball teams, horses to ride and even our own premature zipline(their front yard). What wonderful memories. Mrs. Rhodes was always "there", her home was opened to everyone. Her faith never waivered. We send our deepest sympathy to the family.

To Carolyn/Pete and the Rhodes family, In this difficult hour may the Lords comfort and strength be with you. Carolyn, you are a rock in the Saulsbury family, I know if Mom were here she would say, "I love you"

Mrs. Rhodes was like our family. As Colvin, Bobby, Gary and I roamed the woods and creeks, her house was always open and food was always on the table. My wife Mary and I had a good visit with her last Thanksgiving.
The entire Cole family joins all of you in missing a wonderful woman.

Uncle Charles and other Family Members,
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I have many fond memories of Mrs. Rhodes and the kindness she offered me through all the years. May your strength prevail to help you through this difficult time. I also trust that there is comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten.
