CESAR ROMERO Obituary
On the morning of February 9, 2021 Cesar was called to our Lord and Savior and peacefully passed away at his lifelong home.
Cesar was born on February 10, 1940. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo D. and Pauline E. Romero; sisters, Grace Vigil and Mary Lou Shiplett; and brothers, Jack, Thomas, and Harold Romero.
Cesar is survived by his niece and best friend, Lynn Webb; sisters, Rosina Montoya, Antonia Ludi, Josephine Webb, Barbara Yardman; sister-in-law, Estelle Romero; brother, Edmund (Irene) Romero; many special nieces and nephews; and Cesar's best buddies, Jim Manning and Joe Herrera.
Although Cesar did not have any children, he showed endless love and support to his "One and Only," Lee Ann. He will be forever missed and forever in our hearts.
A Huge, Special Thank You to his sister Jo, who stood by his side making sure he was alright and taken care of.
Due to the current pandemic restrictions, only immediate family and closest friends may attend the service and interment. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 19, 2021 at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi at 10:00 a.m., with interment to follow at Rosario Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Riverside Funeral Home, Santa Fe, NM.
