Chance Royal Obituary
Mr. Royal was born November 11, 1984, in Longview. He was an oilfield driller with Nomac Company. Mr. Royal enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Sgt. First Class Charles C. Reed Sr.; great-grandparents, Bill and Myrtle Plumley; and Ruth Reed.
Mr. Royal is survived by his mother, Margaret Reed; grandmother, Delores Reed; sister, Sara Williams, all of Longview; brother, Chase Holbrook of San Antonio; his children, Laci Royal, Cayden Royal and Landon Royal, all of Jacksonville, Texas; former wife, Tiara Royal of Jacksonville; stepfather, Jeff Holbrook of East Mountain; and special friend, Ashley Donham of Fort Worth.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. today, September 23, 2012, at Welch Funeral Home.

Chance, I can remember you when you were younger and my mama sat for you and your siblings. You would always try to get into trouble no matter what, but then again, you would try to have that sweet face that made you look like you were just an angel. I know that Mama greeted you and I am sure she is talking your ear off. It is so sad to hear that you are no longer with us on this Earth, but rest assured, we will see each other again someday. You are in our hearts and minds forever. We love you, Chance.
