Thank you dear Lord for the gift of a God fearing mother. Thank you momma for the love that you so generously gave. Thank you for the wisdom that you passed along in our many conversations. I thought last night on how you would laugh so hard you would say "I have to go" only because your sides were hurting, and you would say "girl you are crazy!" Thank you for never giving up on me when I wanted to give up on my self! Thank you for that smile on your face as I walked out of your room that Sunday before the good Lord called you home to rest!! In my heart you will always be..As you would say "I LOVE YOU MORE"

Moma, you have meant everything to me. I am because of you. Everything that is good in me is because you loved me. Thank you for showing me how to be a mother and wife. And yes how to laugh & smile.

To My Grandmother,
You were and are the greatest person I could have had to be my grandmother. So, thank you, Granny. You were so kind and giving.
Your smile is the best memory, especially the smile after you said something funny. A coy and joking smile. Just thinking of your smile makes me smile.
I love you very much and always will. Thank you for the great times together and the wisdom that you gave me.
Thank you.
Love,
Erica

To My "Granny:"
You were and are the greatest person I could have had to be my grandmother. So, thank you, Granny. You were so kind and giving. Your smile is the best memory, especially the smile after you said something funny. A coy and joking smile.
You were always so strong and I know you had a beautiful, fun, adventurous life filled with a loving family, trips, recreational activities and most importantly, God.
You are the best, Granny.
Love,
Erica
