Charlene Hastings Obituary

Charlene R. Hastings, long time resident of The Woodlands, Texas, passed away Monday afternoon June 5th. Charlene was 93 years old. Charlene was a licensed interior designer and well known portrait artist. She had an extraordinary sense of eclectic design. She is survived by her two children Holly and Kevin Simpson of California. She is preceded in death by her father, famed composer Oscar Rasbach, her mother Ruth, and her brother Roger. In WWII Charlene did her patriotic duty when she went to work for Lockheed as a graphic illustrator for the now famous P-38 Lightning. Charlene had a wonderful sense of humor and she will be missed by many.
