Born the same day.
Just hours apart.
A special place.
You hold in my heart.

More than a cousin.
You were also a friend.
Sharing some memories.
We'll take to the end.

I hold on to fond memories.
That you and I had.
Say hi to Grandma Lee.
My mom and my dad.

I will see you in heaven.
When my time comes.
Until then I will miss you.
And even cry some.

Love you Charlene,

Pat and RoseMary Borton

I could not believe it when I read of Charlene's passing. Charlene and I were best friends all through school, and she served as my maid of honor at our wedding. We had such good times, and I spent so much time at her house. The last time I talked to her was at the funeral home when Gary's dad died three years ago. Charlene was such a good person, and she will be missed. Prayers go out to the entire family.

May you experience God's grace and comfort at this time of Charlene's death. She and I went through 13 years of school together in Ithaca, Michigan and remained friends all that time. I feel a personal loss. She gave me a charm for my charm bracelet for one of my birthdays.... still have it... along with good memories. She is missed. Patty Payne Rudd
