Charlene was always a friend who stood by you, listened and genuinely cared she will be sorely missed, but her friendship and the love that she gave will live on forever. Her smile absolutely perfect, her laughter entirely infectious, and her drive and motivation beyond anything I've ever seen.

With love, dear friend I say so long.

I am so sorry about the demise of your (our) beautiful Charlene. I wish I could find words that would relieve your pain but I cannot imagine what they are. No words can solace and fill the void of my angel Char. Losing a child is one of the saddest life experiences possible and words of true comfort are difficult to find. If only I knew the magic words to say to take away the pain and hardship the loss of Charlene has brought into your lives. I don't have those words, but please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I cannot pretend to know how you feel- because your grief belongs to you- but also know that the loss of such a precious, wonderful person has saddened my entire family. She was a beautiful person who touched so many lives with her joy and generosity. It was her smile that would get me through the days and brighten up my life. I know that it’s been along time (since Selkirk) but if there is anything I can do for you (whether it be a shoulder to lean on or a friend to talk to) please let me know. I would love to come by and visit whenever you feel up to visitors.
You have my heart-felt sympathy for your loss. May her SOUL REST IN PEACE

Are deepest sympathies goes to the Popovici family. Charlene will live in our hearts and memories forever. Charlene taught me to be a better friend. She always said it was much more important to give people a piece of your heart instead of your mind. This was the kind of person she was!

I last saw Char in the summer, she walked up and hugged me and was so excited to meet my young children. I had not seen her in about 14 yrs and she was just the same as I remembered... beautiful! My heart goes out to the family who I also remember from vancouver. Just remember her sweet face smiling and that she is looking down from a beautiful place now! From Arie and Family
