Charles Fredrick Bode

Chuck was one of the finest men that I have ever known in my life. He was a leader that stood tall. He was a positive man that made everyone feel good about themselves when you were around him. I never will forget skiing with him in Innsbruck,Austria and he came over the hill with snow spraying behind him. He was a tremendous athlete. I will see you on the other side when I cross the river.

We are so sorry to hear about Chuck. He was a great guy and a lot of fun. We met when he and Connie came back to Chehalis in about 1977. We had a lot of good times with them. Unfortunately, we have only seen him a few times in the last five years but we miss his humor and grace. It is so sad.
