Charles E. "Charley" Coburn, 65, of Waterville, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, in Wenatchee. He was raised in Omak and had worked as a rigger for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, retiring after 31 years. Survivors include his wife, Garna Coburn of Waterville; his children, Bill Coburn of Monroe and Daniel J. Coburn of Inchelium; his brothers, Daniel R. Coburn of Omak and Larry Coburn of Entiat; and his sisters, Darlene Chapa of Yakima and Sandra Hinger of Okanogan. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Bremerton. Visitation will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the chapel, prior to the service. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Bremerton. Arrangements are by Lewis Funeral Chapel.>
