Charles "Duck" Conder

Duck Conder, 85, returned to his heavenly father Monday Feb. 28th after a short illness with his daughter-in-law, Mary-Lynn, holding his hand at Audubon Hospital. For the last 10 years he has resided at St. Joseph's Home for the aged, under the extraordinary care and love of The Little Sisters of St. Jean Jugan.

Among those preceding him in death are his father and mother, William R. and Mary O. Conder (Harris), sisters Joyce Conder and Ann Laufer, and brothers "Chuck" and Tony Conder.

Leaving to cherish his many fond memories and life philosophies are: His son and daughter-in-law Kent Conder, DMD, and Mary-Lynn Archangel-Conder, grandchildren Evan, Maria, and Olivia Conder, brothers Joe and Steve Conder, sister Martha Feather and a slew of extended family, friends, and his "adopted" family of caregivers and fellow residents at The LIttle Sister's Home.

A Family and Friends Memorial in his honor will be in The Little Sister's Home auditorium on April 23rd from 12-3p @15 Audobon Plaza Dr., 40217. Food, drink, and fellowship provided. A short burial ceremony has been rescheduled to May 28th 12 Noon @ Calvary Cemetery.
