I was Chuck’s landlord when he first came from Michigan to Florida. It started off as a landlord-tenant relationship, but it wasn’t long that we became friends. He was such a sweet, giving, person.
I think he chose his apartment, because it was in close proximity to Gold Coast ballroom. He would go there often, and because of his warm and outgoing personality, it didn’t take him long to become friends with the dancers there.
I just want to say that I am heartbroken. He was one of the most sweetest, sensitive, caring, people that I have ever met.
Chuck, I know , when we meet again, you can tell me all about your adventures in Europe . Till then, enjoy dancing with the angels.

Chuck was a good guy and did indeed love ballroom dancing at Gold Coast ballroom with the rest of us. I'm very glad he got to go to Europe and enjoy things there before he passed.

Dear Chuck,
We talked so many times about your love of travel and your dream of living on the Mediterranean. Not many of us are able to live our dreams. I'm so glad you did. Wish it had lasted longer. I will always love you.
Your sister, Rita

Chuck was a sweet man who never had a bad thing to say about anyone. I enjoyed dancing and talking with him. He was very sweet to my mother, 98 years old, and always asked her to dance when she was with us in the ballroom. Chuck will truly be missed!
