Keith,
Our deepest sympathies go to you and your family and friends. Kelly and I had only known Charlie for a few months. As you know he sold us our dream home on the golf course. I don't let a lot of people into my world of friends but Charlie walked in immediatly! We hit it off instantly. His smile and his charismatic ways allowed him to float as well as he did from day to day.
My family and friends are deep in sorrow for your loss. Our prayers are with you and Charlie.
God Bless,
Kevin Antoniak and Kelly Jo Culjat......

Dear Keith and Family:
Charlie was a beloved friend. I will always remember his wonderful smile, incredible sense of humor and remarkable talents. I was blessed to know him for many years. I remember our first summers at Lake WaConDa. We weren't more than 9 or 10 years old when we met. I can only imagine your deep pain in his absence. Charlie has touched so many lives! He practically raised my daughter Zadia in her first four years of life. He will always be known as "Uncle Charlie" at our house! I have a very difficult time imagining my world without your son. I believe he remains among us and his spirit is as free and vibrant as it always was! Much love and prayers to you and your family during this difficult time.

Sincerely,
Valerie (Miller)and Jason Anderson, Zadia, Juliana and Tristan
