We are saddened to hear of Charlie's passing and only regret that we were not able to get home for the past three years to spend time with him.

Charlie was a person who was always giving unselfishly to others. His cheerful personality, regardless of the situation is a memory that will always remain with us as well as our fishing trips and excursions.

Charlie is a large part of my childhood memories. I remember him coming to our house (at the time it was 39 Nelson St in bangor) each Christmas eve dressesd as Santa. Thank you Charlie!

We met Charlie at the Maine Veterans Home; he always had a smile for everyone.He was a great representative of World War II veterans; thanks for helping to save the world, Charlie. Our condolences to his family.
