Charles KILBRIDE

KILBRIDE, Charles W. 87, of Clearwater, died Dec. 15, 2021. The most important things in his life were his faith, family, and country. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Kate (nee Duffy); children, Jeanne Gregory (Shawn), Kevin (Pam), Colleen, Shannon (Kevin Goodnow); grandchildren, Connor and Aedan Gregory and Elise and Claire Kilbride; sister-in-law, Betty Kilbride; and niece, Barbara Holzapfel (Bob). Born September 16, 1934, in Philadelphia, PA, he graduated from West Catholic Boys High School in Philadelphia in 1952 and entered the De LaSalle Christian Brothers and graduated from LaSalle University. He taught in the Christian Brother Schools in Cumberland, MD, Pittsburgh, PA, and Miami, FL. After leaving the Brothers he joined Pan American World Airlines and became the Director of Marketing Services and Training. He later joined DBM and retired in 2005. Chuck was a member of Light of Christ Catholic Church and was a Lector, Eucharistic Minister, and Member of the Choir. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Light of Christ Catholic Church on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, at 11 am. Memorial contributions may be made to De LaSalle Christian Brothers, at P.O.
