Charles Liggins Obituary
Charles Liggins, 77, a retired maintenance worker for the Tallahassee Housing Authority passed Wed. Jan 1 in Tallahassee. Funeral Services will be Fri. Jan. 10 at RICHARDSON'S TALLAHASSEE CHAPEL (850)576-4144. The cortege will assemble at 9:45AM Friday at 2271 Lake Heritage Dr. In Tallahassee. Charles will rest in the mortuary from 5-7PM TODAY Thurs. Jan. 9 at the funeral home. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 29 years: Doris Liggins; children: Charles Earl Liggins, Bridget Liggins, Quandrena Pemberton; step-children: Doris Weston- Matthews (Antonio), Marina Freeman, LaVita Sherman, Manuel Freeman (Deborah), Gebru' Freeman; sister: Amanda Hardin (James), (3) sister in laws; a special grandson: Andrew Sherman, (18) grands, (10) great grands; & a host of other relatives & friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Charles & Bernice Liggins;brother: Carl Liggins; sister:Grace Ensley.

Doris, I am sorry for your loss. I loved Charles because he was a person you couldn't do otherwise. Friendly, caring, outgoing and caring were his trademarks. Yes he will be missed, BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN. I love him and I love you.
