Charles William Tingwell

TINGWELL. - On Friday 15 May 2009, Mr Charles (Bud) William Tingwell AM former Actor, Director, Writer, Producer, Lecturer Victorian College of the Arts, former President Producer's and Director's Guild Victoria, Board Member Film Victoria 1983-1986, Commissioner Australian Film Commission 1980-1983, Honorary Member Australian Cinematography Society, Appeals President Royal Flying Doctor Service (Victorian Section), City of Melbourne Honoured Artist Award 1998 and Flight Lieutenant Royal Australian Air Force 1941-1946, died. A State Funeral will be held at St Paul's Cathedral, Cnr Flinders and Swanston Streets, Melbourne at 10.30am on WEDNESDAY 20 May 2009. Relatives, friends, represent- atives of organisations and members of the public are welcome to attend.
