My first intro was in church one Father´s Day service. He was not able to see his kids ; nor I , mine. I was going to have a picnic that day so I ask him to come. I´m so glad I did. I married Frank in 2019 and we were blessed to have Charlie at the wedding. He sang a special song for us. Thereafter, we got together frequently. We love you, and will miss you, Charlie.

Charlie was always concerned about others and how he could make their lives better. I had the honor of chauffeuring him in Leesburg Independence Day parades and knowing him when he was at Spring Arbor where he was a leader of the community there. Known as the Singing Senator, he brought in musicians and entertained there. He was also active in Sunday Church Services. R.I.P.

I'll miss you, Charlie. You were one of the kindest people I met in Loudoun County, and I'll always appreciate your friendship. May God give comfort to your loved ones.
