Charles Webster Obituary

WATERTOWN — Charles L. Webster, of Watertown, and Jupiter, Fla., died Monday, Sept. 15, 2008.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra (Dragone) Webster; a daughter, Christine Kochem and her husband Bob of Belmont; three sons, John of Dennis, Robert and his wife Paula of Westwood, and Thomas of North Chatham; seven grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a sister, Elma Cox and her husband John of Hudson.

Charles was the son of the late John Franklin and Bessie (Ellis) Webster and was the brother of the late Suzanne Kinney, Edith Stronach, and Frederick Webster.

He was a veteran of the Korean War and a life member of the VFW of Belmont.

Services will be held at the Devito Funeral Home, 761 Mount Auburn St., Watertown, MA 02472.

Visiting hours are Sept. 17, from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial services will be held on Sept. 18, at 10 a.m., at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
