Charlotte Birchard Obituary
She was born on November 4, 1935 in Binghamton, NY, to the late Russell L. and Wanita (Wahabough) Webster. Her husband of 53 years, Glenn A. Birchard, survives.
Also surviving are her two sons, Russ Webster and Dave Scheffer; two daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and George Mackey, Vickie and Gary Fuller; step-son and spouse, Glenn M. and Tracy Birchard; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; close friend, Bonnie Stica; constant companion her dog Cindy; and wonderful caregiver, Theresa Thomas.
She was predeceased by a son, Ed Scheffer; step-son, Dale Birchard; sister, Shirley Benjamin; and a step-grandson.
Charlotte had a firecracker personality; she bartended at the Brackney Inn for years and was the babysitter for half of the Brackney neighborhood.
She had a lot of close camping friends that she and Glenn enjoyed traveling to Bluegrass festivals in Tunkhannock, Norwich, NY, and Coventry, NY.
Services will be held at the family's convenience.
