Cheryel "Cheri" Madoline (McDonald) Ricapito, 75, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2024, in Port Charlotte, FL. Born on November 26, 1948, in Framingham, MA, she was the daughter of the late Hazel Morris and Wayman McDonald.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and perseverance to her daughters, Christina Ricapito and Lisa Ricapito, who will miss her deeply, as well as her chocolate lab "Bella" and many nieces and nephews.

Cheri dedicated much of her professional life to serving as a Patient Financial Manager at Butler Hospital, where her compassion and expertise helped countless individuals and their families before retiring to Sarasota County, FL where she enjoyed the warm sunshine and beaches.

Catholic Memorial Services to honor Cheri's life will be held at St Charles Cemetery, 103 Farm St, Blackstone, MA, at 11 am on Friday, October 18th, 2024. Her life's impact and cherished memories will be remembered by all who knew her.

Our sincere condolences to Christina and Lisa and tge rest of the family. I remember the happy days like they were yesterday. Laughing and enjoying the moments of our younger early married times, joking, playing cards, having dinner together. Although we have been apart for a long time those memories will never be forgotten. Rest in peace. Ron & Mo Ricapito
