MCAREAVY, CHERYL DIANE ANDERSON, age 55, of Leeds, AL, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2003. She was born on April 11, 1947 in Columbus, GA. She was a graduate of Columbus High School, University of Alabama and Samford University of Birmingham. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Dalton Anderson. Survivors include father, Frank Anderson of Columbus, GA; daughter, Tracy McAreavy Black and son-in-law, Keith Black of Leeds, AL; grandson, Brandon Black of Leeds, AL; sister, Janis Moore of Gainesville, GA: brother, Ben Anderson of Columbus, GA. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. E.S.T. on January 14, 2003 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA with Dr. Brad Hicks officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. McMullen Funeral Home directing.
