An expression of heartfelt sympathy to the Wilcox Family. Cheryl an I were colleagues at the City, many years, back; she was a good person and a good friend. May you find comfort, during this difficult time, in the support of family, friends, and of course, under the watchful eyes of the Creator.

God Bless the Wilcox family. Cheryl was a wonderful, loving, generous person whom I have always considered my friend. I didn't talk her every day, every month nor even every year, but when I did, it was as if we had just spoken. Teasing her, I always said she was the only AKA I ever liked. She was and is, a beautiful soul. I will miss her so much.

that God is in control and needed to pluck this precious flower to beautify his garden at this very moment. My hugs and kisses go out to each and every one of you collectively and individually. Your sister always... Peedee
