Wake Wednesday, August 8, 2012, 7-8 pm at Willie A. Watkins West End Chapel, 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd., SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. She is survived by 2 sisters, Karen F. Wilcox, Atlanta, GA; Donna Wilkins, Athens, GA; 1 brother, Curtis L. Wilcox, Atlanta, GA; brother-in-law, Steve Wilkins, sister-In-law, Paulette Wilcox; nieces & nephews, Keith Jamaal Wilkins, Ste'onna Wilkins, Janelle Massey, Quincy Wilkins, Amber Wilkins, Curtis Wilcox, III (Trey), Pheadra Wilcox and Cedric Wilcox. Great nieces, A'Leah Wilkins, Manya Wilkins, Kayla Wilkins and Peyton O'Hara. Godchildren, Mark Massey, Bridgette Peterson, Thomas (Trey) W. Dortch, III, Patrice Bryant and Joseph (Jo-Jo) Bryant, and a host of relatives and friends.

God Bless the Wilcox family. Cheryl was a wonderful, loving, generous person whom I have always considered my friend. I didn't talk her every day, every month nor even every year, but when I did, it was as if we had just spoken. Teasing her, I always said she was the only AKA I ever liked.
