CHET MORTON Obituary
He is survived by his wife Kerry of Chehalis and son Nicholas Morton, (Dana) Azerbaijan and Kati Morton of Santa Monica, CA. He is also survived by his parents Dean and Patricia Morton of Chehalis, a brother, Brett Morton (Rhonda) Dryad, a sister Deana Peterson (Robert) of Chehalis.
Chet was employed as a boilermaker, local 502, for 29 years. His interests were hunting and fishing.
Graveside service will be Thursday, September 18th at 11:00am, Claquato Cemetery under the care of Sticklin Funeral Chapel.

Kerry, Kati and Nick,
We are extremely sorry to have gotten word of Chet's passing. I am sorry we heard so late, but we would like you to know that Chet will always be missed and thought of as the kind man we knew. Our prayers and thoughts, of course are with you all and hope that the wonderful memories will soon surpass the hurt.

Pat, Dean, Brett, Deanna, Kari, Nick and Kati,
Although your children Kari, don't know me, the rest of the family does and it is with my deepest sympathys I write this. I too have great high school memories with Chet and want you and all to know how sorry I am for this loss. May God wrap his arms around your family and help ease the pain for you all.

Some of my best High School memories were those with Chet in them. I could always count on him to brighten an otherwise rotten day. My deepest sympathies to all of his family - I know they'll miss him dearly.
