Christian Parker Funes passed away in Denton, Texas on Saturday, May 14, 2022. He was born in Denton, Texas on August 2, 2002. Christian liked hanging out with his friends, listening to music, playing Madden with his brother, and enjoyed working with his dad. Christian was an extraordinary person and had a very big heart.
Visitation will be at DeBerry Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, from 5 PM to 7 PM. Funeral services will also be at DeBerry’s beginning at 2 PM with burial following at Roselawn Memorial Park.
Christian is survived by his parents Alvaro and Sandra Funes of Denton, Texas, his brother Jon Swift of Staunton, Virginia, sister and brother-in-law Jenni and Richard Ortiz of Arlington, Texas, brother Ray Swift of Denton, Texas, 5 nephews, Michael, Eliyuah, Richy, Doniven, Maddox, 7 nieces, Breona, Hillary, Samantha, Bailey, Madison, Bella, Charlie who he loved dearly. Christian was around the same age as many of his nieces and nephews but was proud to let everyone know he was their uncle.
