Christian Ross McMahon

Christian Ross McMahon, born in Indianapolis, Indiana on August 1st, 1993, passed away prematurely on June 19th, 2022. He will live on in the hearts and spirits of the many people he touched in his lifetime.

Ross attended Saint Luke Catholic elementary school K-8, and he graduated from The International School of Indiana High School. In 2015, he joined the US Navy as a nuclear power electronics technician where he served on the USS Topeka, reached the rank of Petty Officer First Class, and received several letters of commendation and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals from the highest levels of his command.

After serving 6+ years in the Navy, he was honorably discharged and soon after could be found driving with his windows down, listening to his favorite Taylor Swift CD as he and his puppy toured the US. He only made stops to lighten a room of friends and strangers with his brilliance and wit, visit with friends and family to say hello, or to plan his next adventure. Ross was attending Arizona State University when he passed.

Ross is survived by his mother, Judith Mackenzie, father, Christian McMahon, and older sister, Amanda McMahon as well as countless friends and family.

A donation fund is being established in Ross' name for medical and related expenses for his shipmate Ryan Lipkin.
