Christina Margarita Blevins

Christina Margarita Alexander Blevins went home to Heaven on Saturday, February 27, 2016. She was 43 years old. She was born in Venezuela on December 19, 1972, to her parents Lidis Alexander and the late Clyde Alexander. Texas got very lucky soon thereafter when her parents chose to raise her here. Christina graduated from Gregory Portland High School in 1991 where she brightened the halls and met many lifelong friends. She then began her most important role in life as Mom to her beloved (beyond words) daughter, London Faith. Christina's hobbies included brightening every room she walked into with her beautiful smile, making friends out of strangers in five seconds flat, spreading her warmth and light everywhere she went, and being the BEST mother, daughter, sister and friend anyone could ask for. Christina taught us how to say "I Love You" and mean it. She is survived by her cherished mother Lidis Alexander; big brother, Robert (Nelybeth) Alexander; half siblings, Kenneth (Deborah) Alexander and Tory (Ben) Matthews; her beloved daughter, London Blevins and her adored stepson Garrett Eastwood. Christina will be remembered and missed by so many of us who were blessed to have known such an angel here on earth. A celebration of her life will be on Saturday, March 5 at The Bar-B-Q Man Restaurant 4931 Interstate 37 South Corpus Christi, Texas from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
