Christina Ranae Davenport

Christina Ranae Davenport, age 37, of Burleson, Texas, passed away on November 7th, 2023. She was born on October 8th, 1986, in Fort Worth, Texas. Christina was a tiny force of nature with the most beautiful smile and kindest heart. She loved her family, friends, and pets with her whole heart.

Christina attended Crowley public schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. She graduated from Crowley High School in 2005. Christina was a gifted hairdresser and gardener. She also had a true rescuer's heart. She rescued, bottle-fed and fostered many young animals. Christina was blessed to work for Alvarado Vet Clinic the last year of her life.

Christina loved having friends and family over for cookouts and celebrations. Their 4th of July firework display became a cherished family tradition. Christina loved everything tiny. She often said that anything tiny was precious. She loved watching storms rolling in with lightning dancing in the sky. She loved relaxing in the backyard watching fireflies in the evenings or discovering dove nesting and raising their babies in her hanging baskets. Her favorite flowers were pink tulips and sunflowers. Sunsets with pink clouds made her happy and she would share pictures of them online. She was deeply loved by all that knew her and will be greatly missed.

Christina is survived by her loving husband, Levi Jenkins, her two beloved daughters, Molly Adams and Haven Killough, her mother and stepfather, Karen and Joe Robinson, her father and stepmother, James and Kathy Davenport, and her grandparents, Jack & Alice Robinson. Christina is also survived by her siblings Alissa and Robert Suggs, Tessa Davenport, Tim Faith, Chris Faith, Chad and Angela Robinson, Kevin and Rebecca Robinson, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alfred and Mary Ann Vrba, and Jim and Joyce Davenport.

A private celebration of Christina's life will be held at a later date. Contributions in Christina's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that was near and dear to her heart.
