Christina Lynn Morrison

Christina Lynn Morrison, 56, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 4, 2022, after her four and a half year fierce and hard-fought battle with cancer.

Christina was born on February 12, 1966, to Dashiell Edward Morrison and Lynda Kay Noblitt in Glendale, California. Christina graduated from Royal High School in Simi Valley, California in 1984. She went on to serve honorably in the United States Air Force.

After serving in the Air Force, she began a career in court reporting and moved on to work at the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, where she worked as a Marketing Director.

While in the Air Force, Christina met Gregory Stigall, was married, and went on to have two children, Ashley LeAnne and Timothy Mitchell.

Christina enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandchildren the most. She worked hard, was strongly independent and the most organized. She loved being outdoors and running while listening to music. She enjoyed cooking, good food, and wine. She was selfless and always put others before herself. A true friend and loved by so many. Christina held on to her faith, even on some of her hardest days. She fought with so much grace and strength. A true warrior and an inspiration to all.

Christina is survived by her children Ashley Rodman and Tim Stigall; grandchildren Mason and Ellie Rodman and Jameson Stigall; parents Lynda Lucas and Dashiell and Elissa Morrison; siblings Jennifer Morrison, Rebecca Morrison, Shannon Lucas, Scott (Tara) Lucas, Jay (Jennifer) Lucas, David (Stephanie) Morrison, and Bryan (Marisa) McArthur.

Christina is preceded in death by her grandmother Mary Lee Noblitt, her stepfather Roger Lucas, and son in law Nick Rodman.

Services will be held at Chapel in the Woods in Louisville, KY on November 11, 2022. Visitation 12:00 PM; service 1:00 PM. Christina will be laid to rest at Cave Hill Cemetery immediately following. In lieu of flowers, it was Christina's request that donations be made to Twisted Pink, (https://www.twistedpink.org), an organization she felt strongly about.
