Passed away peacefully on 16th July 2020 with Norma by his side and of Barnby Dun, aged 66 years.
A dearly loved husband, step-dad
and grandad a dear friend to many
who will be so sadly missed.
Funeral service to be held in
St Peter and St Paul Parish Church, Barnby Dun on Wednesday 29th July
at 2pm followed by a private interment.

Chris and Norma were such a wonderful, warm, loving couple. I met them both in Tenerife when Chris was larger than life in stature and warmth. Such a great, generous funny man who exuded kindness and humour. Wonderful memories of meeting them both and basking in their friendship. Perfect match and Norma so pretty and adored by Chris. Only just found out that Chris has left us all. Chris was a lovely, kind man and we will always remember him. One of the fun memories we have is of Chris performing "Good Bye, Miss American Pie" at what was then "The Gateway" in its hay day. Can we just say that it was "all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order". All our thoughts and love to Norma and his family. Anne & Andy Aitchison xxx
