I will always remember my paps gentle tone when he would speak to anybody because it was so quiet you would have to ask him to repeat himself 4 or 5 times but sometimes I think he did it on purpose just to annoy people but its ok because it was funny. Chris was our foster son for 1-1/2 years. We made many memories together like Disney World, picnics, parties, school events and much more. He was and will always be in my heart. Your foster mother, Carol Edwards Morgan

Chris will be missed by his family. He had a rough life growing up but was able to grow as a great family man and loved by all. RIP Chris, God gained another soldier!

Regretfully, I haven´t seen or talked to Christopher in a very long time. But one fond memory I have is going to the Lycoming Mall and getting a slice at Capri Pizza, where Chris worked decades ago. I got such a kick out of watching him toss and spin the dough. To me, at that young age, that was the coolest thing. Rest in peace, cuz.

I will never forgot all the training he taught me about guns, and the recovery team things he did. Along with him and my dad teaching me self defense lessons
