Christopher Brown Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 30, 2024.
Christopher Wayne Brown, known affectionately as Chris, passed away on August 28, 2024, in Danville, PA, at the age of 50. Born on January 4, 1974, in Williamsport, PA, he was a beloved figure in his community and amongst his family.

Chris was a kind, soft-spoken man who embodied the spirit of a fighter and a protector. His roles as a husband, father, and grandfather were central to his life, and he cherished every moment spent with his family. He is survived by his wife, Lori, and their daughters, Caitlin, Alyssa, and Beth. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Ryan, Hailey, Mason, Emma, Dakota, Owen, and David. Chris was preceded in death by his father, Frank Vittorio.

A passionate outdoorsman, Chris enjoyed hunting and spending time in nature. His love for guns was part of a broader appreciation for the outdoors, which he shared with his family, creating lasting memories during their time together.

Chris's presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him, and his memory will be cherished in the hearts of his family and friends.

I will always remember my paps gentle tone when he would speak to anybody because it was so quiet you would have to ask him to repeat himself 4 or 5 times but sometimes I think he did it on purpose just to annoy people but its ok because it was funny. I love you pap pap forever and always with my whole heart 'your favorite granddaughter Hailey'

Regretfully, I haven´t seen or talked to Christopher in a very long time. But one fond memory I have is going to the Lycoming Mall and getting a slice at Capri Pizza, where Chris worked decades ago. I got such a kick out of watching him toss and spin the dough. To me, at that young age, that was the coolest thing. Rest in peace, cuz.

I will never forgot all the training he taught me about guns, and the recovery team things he did. Along with him and my dad teaching me self defense lessons
