So sorry to read about Chris. I only knew him for a short while when he was attending Embry Riddle. He was a great guy and a lot of fun. Always thought I would meet up with him again... My prayers are with his family.

I remember my brother Chris doing crazy dare devil stuff, such as jumping off the roof into the swimming pool in our backyard on a dare. He gave me my first taste of alcohol in the form of vodka and Welches grape juice, yes it was as horrible tasting as it sounds. He introduced me to the Rolling Stones. He was always so effortlessly cool and all the girls loved him. I guess one of my favorite memories of him is when I was about maybe 7 years old and my best friend Lisa and I were at the park near Cock Robin ice cream in Wheaton and a bunch of giggling 12 year old girls came up to us offering us 5 quarters for Chris whereabouts. He and purple Paul (Paul only would wear purple in case you were wondering) were apparently hiding from the girls because they wanted to kiss Chris. He and purple Paul had ran by earlier and said they'd be near the band stand. We of course sold out Chris fast to get some ice cream but I don't think he really minded in the end. He always liked girls, he never went through the kooty stage that boys have. I have so many great and funny memories of my big brother. I will miss Chris more than words can ever express.

Claudia there is nothing that I can say that will make this any easier for you at this time. We are all shocked by the sudden death of Chris but I can only imagine how this is for you. I remember our time together on July 4th. Chris seemed so happy cooking for us all and being Grandpa to the children. He tried to act stern with the kids but you could see the love and pride he had for all of his family. We will treasure this memory of our last meal together. Please know that Matt and I will keep you and all of the family in prayer.
