Christopher Munsami Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Feb. 12, 2014.
The family of a motorcyclist killed on the A1(M) on Friday (February 7) has paid tribute to their "happy go lucky" son and brother.
Christopher Dave Munsami, 24, was killed in an accident on the road near Hatfield at approximately 7pm on Friday after losing control of his bike.
A resident of Havelock Road, Biggleswade, Chris is survived by his mother Teresa, 52, sister claire, 29, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Maintaining a passion for motorcycles from an early age, Chris studied motorcycle engineering at Bedford College after leaving Stratton Upper School in Eagle Farm Road.
Being a practical person who was always taking things apart and putting them back together again, he had almost finished restoring a beloved Triumph Daytona motorcycle when he died.
Teresa said: "Chris was a busy, happy go lucky person who would help anyone wherever they needed it.
"He was always the life and soul of the party, with a cheeky and cocky personality and he would always make everyone laugh. When he walked into a room, it would light up.
"One of my most treasured memories of Chris is when he took me away to Lanzarote for a week.
"Chris was one of life's good guys, he never had a bad word to say about anyone and he was always doing something for someone.
"Whether that was fixing a car, bike or computer – he was happy to help. We will all miss him so much."
Born in Carshalton in 1989, Chris moved to Biggleswade in 2003 and worked with STS Tyres for four years.
Chris, who had a keen interest in cars and computers, also spent three-and-a-half years as an IT technician with Fujitsu in Stevenage.
His family would like to extend their thanks to all of the people who have supported them during this difficult time and say they have been touched by everyone's kindness.
Chris' funeral is due to be held at St Andrew's church in Biggleswade on February 26th at 11am.
