Hope, Emily, & Lindsey,

You are family to Brienna and me! And even though 4 months have now past he is never far from our thoughts. We miss him and love him! We know that he is watching over us and keeping us all safe!

Dear Chris,

We all miss you so terribly much. Today would have been your 10th wedding anniversary. I know how much you loved our daughter, Hope and she loved you as well. Please know that you were loved very much and we will never forget you. You are a part of everyday still. I can hardly be alone for a minute that I don't remember all of the fun we had and how you could tell the best jokes. Emily and Lindsey talk about you everyday and are starting school next week. You would have been proud of Lindsey when she blew the candle out on her 5th birthday cake. That was a milestone for her and I think she had a little help from heaven. I felt a breeze when she puckered up and knew it was you. Watch over your three girls and ask God to bless them always. Emily looks for a cardinal bird everywhere she goes and is certain that is you there with her. God bless you and watch over you. We are taking Hope to dinner this evening and wish you could be there too. I know you are at peace now and God is holding you in his arms.

Love,

your mother in law

Dear Uncle Ron and Aunt Sandy, there are no words to express our sorrow at your great pain. It is unjust and beyond reason that life can deal such good people this enormous grief. Please know that you, Hope, Emily and Lindsay are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Sandy,

I was saddened to hear of the death of your son, Chris. I didn't get the chance to talk to him much, but I do remember his beautiful wife and daughters. It seems from the entries in this guest book that he was a wonderful person and will be remembered well by all who knew him. I am very sorry for your loss. It is always difficult to lose a child. Just remember, we are here if you need us, especially since we are right next door.

You and your family are in our prayers,

I just wanted to say how sorry my family is for your loss. Chris was always a good friend and we had some great times. It was only the night before his passing I was talking about him to my wife when we had to take our son to the ER. I told her about Chris and about his story from the CJ. I told her his little girl was a lucky child because I only remembered him as a caring soul and good person. My mom always saw him at Kroger's and she would always say how great of a person he was. He would always make his way over to her to say hello and ask about myself and Donnie. Your family are in our prayers.

Dear Hope, Emily and Lindsey:

I love you all. I love Chris and will miss him very much. I remember playing lego's with Chris in Ms. Adams' 1st grade class almost 28 years ago--we would make space ships inspired by our favorite afternoon show-'Battle of the Planets/G-Force'. Then our weddings/superbowl parties/the flood/Mt. Carmel picnics/births of our kids. A month ago Chris and I were talking U of L sports at his home while both our kids played at our feet. Priscilla and I are just a call away. Thoughts, Love and Prayers.
