When I was a kid, and we would visit my grandparents in Florida every summer, one day would be my special day with my big brother Chris, who was a grownup by then and lived down there. He would take me to a water park for the day, to spoil me. We would go down the craziest slides, the ones there you have to cross your arms and legs. I did love those visits! Later, when I did a summer program at NASA, our group did a road trip down to Kennedy Space Center, and Chris and Jennifer were able to meet me there. We geeked out together over the giant Saturn V, space shuttle, and moon rocks. Such fond memories.

There are no words that adequately capture how much I love you and how much I will miss you. You were my partner, my best friend, my soulmate, my everything. 30 years with you was not nearly enough time. I would do anything to go back and do it all again. You will be my love and be in my heart forever.
