Christopher Varty Obituary
Dr Varty Christopher Paul GP at the Orchard surgery in Lancing, passed away at St Barnabas House on September 7 2009 aged 43 years.
A devoted husband and father, he will be sorely missed by his devasted wife Jackie and children Tamsin and Matthew and by all who knew him.
Funeral mass at the Holy Family Church in North Lancing on Monday September 21 at 1.00pm followed by a private burial. Family flowers only please, donations for Behcets Syndrome Society or St. Barnbas House

Your memory lives on
It is 6 years since the death of Chris Varty and we still remember him fondly and the great contribution he made to the Behcets Syndrome Society and his advice that what was needed was a Patient's survey. This has proved invaluable and was the first spur in gaining £20 million in funding for three specialist centres in England for Behcets patients. His memory lives on.
