Susan Temcheff

Chris was son of Stavre, nephew to Dine Popcheff, Indianapolis), first cousin to Luba, my mother (Windsor, Ontario). Chris and his sister came to Windsor c. 1970s for a short visit with my mother. I could not understand enough Macedonian. I remember the visit well however. I spoke to Chris once years later. He was right to go to California. His intelligence and hard work made him successful and opened the door of opportunity for his children. Dine owned a bar with his brother-in-law Christe Guleff. I send my condolences to all of Chris' family. Sincerely Susan Temcheff-Coulter, niece to Chris

Chris, son of Stavre, brother to Dine Popcheff, first cousin to Luba, my mother, came to Windsor Ontario, one time, with his sister from Europe. I was young and could not follow the conversation in Macedonian. I did not know the relationship until they left asking my mother questions about who they were. I regret not paying more attention at the time but I remember those moments well. Chris went on to be quite succesfful. Dine owned a bar with his brother-in-law,Christe Guleff. Your father was right to move away. As children, you had more opportunity for success following in your father's intelligence and hard work. Chris led a good life in California. My condolences to all and I am sorry never to have met any of you. Susan
